CFZierler GmbH is a company specialised within the steel and iron foundries, steel works and static cast roll sectors of the foundry industry. We are currently supplying over 90% of the foundries within Europe, USA, Australia and South Africa with either consumable products or technology. Our consumable products are primarily aimed at quality improvement via ceramic holloware and feeder insulation through to special sands. These products are integrated with our software systems which address feeder ingating and melting technology. ISOTHERM “Z” cycloid elements do not give off any gas at all during casting and results in a solidification extension factor of 2,35. Because of this extension factor the liners dimensions of the insulated feeders are a third smaller than an uninsulated feeders of the same modulus. The basic surface of the insulated feeder and the comustible surface is only half that of a normal feeder.
