In addition to this, we have expanded our product portfolio in recent years to include carbon products for brake pad production and additives for the production of non-ferrous metals and for special applications (e.g. lubricants).
Our premium Carbolux® products are used worldwide for the production of cast iron and steel products. Decades of experience in this market sector have allowed us to develop absolute high-end products based on acetylene coke, graphite, petroleum coke and anthracite. In a tailor-made finishing process, including calcination we produce the various Carbolux® qualities. They primarily differ in their carbon, sulphur and nitrogen content, as well as in their morphology.
Technical Service
Our experienced technical service engineers are available to record your requirements and to ensure the most economic solution using our Carbolux® products.We screen the Carbolux® products in terms of grain shape and size to suit the conditions of your individual application. In addition to this we are also able to produce carbon pellets.
Due to the environmental laws in the world, the production of many petrochemical products has decreased and even some production has stopped. For this reason, CS Additive has been researching this issue for a long time and has developed the product called Carbolux GS and put it into use for the foundry and steel industry. Carbolux GS, based on natural graphite, the source from which the raw material is taken will remain the same and the same production process will be used,will replace the previously supplied acetylene coke and graphitized petroleum.
