Founded in 1917, Baraldi has been developing and producing diecasting lubricants and release agents for about 25 years. The company operates on an area of approx. 3000 square meters, assuring an extremely efficient and flexible production. Further on, Baraldi is equipped with an avant-garde quality control, research and development laboratory. In 2006 Baraldi became partner of Motultech, to share know-how, market strategies and to develop national and international activities. The brand Baraldi MotulTech was born in 2007. In 2010 Baraldi became the italian distributor of MotulTech for MWF and special lubricants starting the project Aluminum Way, a useful instrument to assist customers engaged in the continious production process of aluminum parts, supporting them in every production phase. CASTO-MIX DOSING SYSTEM FOR LUBRICANTS AND RELEASE AGENTS
Casto-Mix 0540 is a release agent dosing system which has been developed to easily and effectively respond to diecasting foundries requirements.Thanks to a compact stainless steel structure and high quality components with spare parts, CASTO-MIX 0540 is an excellent opportunity for foundries who want to equip single diecasting machines with a dosing system. The use of a vertical multistage pump assures the necessary flow and pressure to meet event the most demanding requirements. The pump can be equipped as well with an optional “inverter”.
PLUNG LUB SYSTEM
PLUNG LUB SYSTEM is a dosing system for liquid lubricants for plunger tips in diecasting machines. It has been developed to easily respond to diecasting foundries requirements. The compact structure, which is very easy to install and the high quality components with spare parts available on the market, make PLUNG LUB SYSTEM the optimal solution for plunger lubrication. The use of a volumetric dosing device operated with compressed air, assures a high dosing constancy, and use in airless conditions (drop system) or alternatively in spray, according to specific requirements.
